Bettye Burt of Slidell passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at the age of 74. She was well known for her services of notary public and title transfer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother and son.

There will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Tammany Parish Humane Society or the SPCA would be preferred. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
