FBI agents working with Project Safe Childhood, searched Faciane’ house March 20 and found five videos that depicted the sexual victimization of children.
Faciane faces a maximum prison sentence of 10 years. When he is released, he will be on supervised leave for life, be required to give authorities a DNA sample and will have to register with law enforcement as a sex offender.
